Return & Refund Policy – Noble Poodle Pet
Last Updated: January 2025
At Noble Poodle Pet, we prioritize the health, safety, and wellbeing of our puppies. Because each adoption involves a living animal, our return and refund procedures are designed to protect both the puppy and the adopting family.
Please read this policy carefully before placing a reservation or completing an adoption.
1. All Puppy Sales Are Final
Since we deal with live animals, all puppy sales are considered final once the puppy has been adopted or delivered.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
-
Change of mind
-
Allergies
-
Personal issues
-
Behavioral mismatches
-
Incompatibility with other pets
We encourage buyers to be fully certain before reserving or adopting a puppy.
2. Reservation Deposit Policy
A reservation deposit is required to hold a puppy.
Please note:
-
All deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
-
Deposits ensure that the puppy is marked as “Reserved” and removed from the availability list.
-
Deposits cannot be transferred to another puppy unless approved by us.
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Health Guarantee & Replacement Policy
We stand by the health of our puppies through a 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee.
If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a life-threatening genetic disorder within the guarantee period, the following applies:
✔ You may be eligible for a replacement puppy of equal value when available.
✔ No cash refunds are offered under any circumstance.
Conditions for a replacement puppy:
-
A detailed vet report must be provided.
-
Report must be from a licensed veterinarian.
-
Noble Poodle Pet may request a second opinion.
-
Condition must be proven genetic—not caused by injury, neglect, or illness after adoption.
4. No Refunds for Minor or Temporary Health Issues
Puppies, like all young animals, may experience small or temporary conditions such as:
-
Mild diarrhea due to stress or diet change
-
Minor cold symptoms
-
Worms, parasites, or treatable infections
-
Teething discomfort
These are normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
5. Delivery Issues
If your puppy is being transported:
-
Once the puppy is handed over to the transporter or delivered successfully, the sale is final.
-
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, airline restrictions, or accidents during transit.
-
Refunds will not be issued for transport delays or inconvenience.
6. Buyer Responsibility
The buyer agrees to:
-
Provide proper veterinary care
-
Follow feeding and care instructions
-
Maintain a safe environment
-
Seek immediate medical help for any emergency
-
Keep the puppy up to date on vaccinations
Failure to do so invalidates the health guarantee and any replacement eligibility.
7. Acceptance of Puppy
Upon pickup or delivery:
By accepting the puppy, you confirm that:
-
The puppy is healthy to the best of your knowledge
-
You are satisfied with the puppy’s appearance and condition
-
You agree to all policies stated on this page
After acceptance, the adoption becomes final.
